Cider Pressing Morning
Help press apples from the old trees behind the barn, then take a jug of fresh cider home.
The four apple trees behind the barn are older than anyone can remember. Once a year we pick them clean and run everything through a hand-cranked press on the porch.
Guests press for free, visitors pay $20 and leave with a half gallon of cider. Kids are welcome to turn the crank.

A two-mile loop through the maple grove and along the brook at peak color, with coffee and cider donuts at the end.

6:30 to 9 PM
Harvest Supper
Four courses at the long table from farms within twenty miles, cooked by Nora and served family style.
$85 per guest, limited to 16
Outdoors
7 to 9 PM
Stargazing on the Hill
Blankets, hot cocoa and a borrowed telescope in the hayfield on the first clear night of November.
